No Retempering
We proudly mix our concrete on site! Most companies purchase ready mix concrete from outside suppliers. You've seen mixers on the highway with the drum spinning. That saves companies time and money, but it hurts the customer. As that drum spins, the concrete hardens and in order to work with it the work crew will then add water. This is retempering and it weakens the concrete, leaving you with a sub par product.
Our volumetric mixers mix on site and eliminate retempering. This makes our concrete stronger than the competitors

Parking lots
A great parking lot takes a strong base, proper drainage, and proper maintenance. Parking lots need updating and repair work to keep everything nice and smooth. Without proper maintenance you will be looking at a complete overhaul a lot sooner than you'd like.
Ziegler Construction provides parking lot maintenance consisting of crack and joint sealing. That along with repairing small pavement failures will keep your lot functional for years to come.

Sealcoating
Sealcoating protects asphalt from the elements and greatly increases it's lifespan. Afterall, asphalt pavement is essentially just 95% stone and 5% liquid asphalt as a bonding agent. As asphalt ages it turns gray, dries out and becomes brittle. Sealcoating slows this process down.
Make sure to have your lot coated 12-18 months after installation and then sealed every 3 years.
